    海外利用者の朝食会場での持参ペットボトルに飲料を入れた件について + フロントの対応 − 海外の利用者が朝食会場で使用済みのペットボトルに朝食会場の飲料（サーバーの冷水）を入れていた。会場担当の方は承諾していたが、衛生上はどうかと思った。これは貴ホテルにとってリスクがあると思う。

    − バスタオルが洗濯はしてあるんだろうが、全体的には白いが黒い。シャンプー、ボディーソープ、フェイスウォッシュ、など嫌な匂い

    リーズナブルで満足度が高い！ + すべてがきれいで、大浴場もあり、朝食ブュッフェも大満足の内容でした！ 2泊したのですが、「清掃なし」でも、タオルや浴衣、紙コップとコーヒー、お茶、歯磨き粉の追加をドアノブにかけておいてくださり、とても気持ちよく滞在できました。 また、連泊だと食事の内容がほとんど変わらないホテルが多いのですが、こちらはメインをだいぶ変えており、2泊目もたくさん食べてしまいました笑　とても美味しかったです！ − プールもあるので、楽しみに水着等みんなで持参しましたが、観光や夕食のあとにホテルに戻ってくると、もうプールの終わる時間で結局入れずじまいでした。朝も朝食時間とかぶり、観光もあるので、できればプールの利用時間を23時までとか、6時からとか、長いといいなぁと思いました。 不満はそれだけです。
