Très bon sejour à Mizu no to - Hakone + Nous avons passé 2 nuits à Mizu no to avec ma femme et notre fille de 3 ans. La chambre de style japonais était spacieuse et confortable, le bain de source chaude sur la terrasse etait un vrai plus. Nous avions pris la formule petit déjeuner et dîner et c'était très bien. Attention, petit déjeuner salé, pour ceux qui ne sont pas habitués ca peut surprendre de voir un poisson grillé dans l'assiette dès le matin. L'hôtel etait très propre et le personnel très serviable. Aucun souci pour nous réserver un taxi vers la gare d’Odawara pour prendre nore train vers Kyoto. Petit plus egalement poir la navette qui nous attendais a la gare de Hakone Yumoto, ce qui nous a évité entre 15 et 20min de marche sur la petite route de montagne avec notre poussette et notre petite valise.

An Unacceptable Expirience in Hakone + Tranquility environment − An Unacceptable Experience in Hakone Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel has been the worst service experience we have had during our trip to Japan. From the moment we arrived, the information provided by the staff was insufficient and unclear. The most serious issue happened at dinner time. During check-in, we were told that the hotel had a restaurant and were informed of its opening hours. However, at no point were we told that an advance reservation was mandatory in order to have dinner. When we arrived at the restaurant in the evening, we were told that we could not dine because we did not have a reservation. We explained several times that nobody had informed us about this requirement and that, had we known, we obviously would have made a reservation. We even showed the staff that by that time virtually all of the restaurants in the surrounding area were already closed and that we had no reasonable alte…

Wonderful, calm stay in beautiful surroundings + The private bath on the balcony is so worth it! Mornings and evenings on the balcony were the best part of the stay.

A little pricey but comes with 2 very fancy meals. Well worth the money + Big Japanese style room, very spacious for Japanese standards. Both dinner and breakfast were very fancy. We couldn't finish it all and there were so many different things to try. The onsen is only closed 3 hours every day; I recommend going early in the morning. Great views of the sun coming up behind the mountain in early morning. − Nothing major but as some other people have pointed out, there's a sulfurous smell around the property in the morning from the hot spring water.

雰囲気は良いですが、価格を考えると期待外れでした + ・お部屋は広く、清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。 ・館内にある貸切風呂を、予約なしで自由に利用できるシステムはとても良かったです。空いていればすぐ入れるので、予約の手間がなく便利でした。 ・旅館らしい雰囲気があり、ゆっくり過ごすという点では良い施設だと思います。 ・食事も全体的には普通に美味しかったです。 − 今回、5〜6万円ほどで宿泊しました。繁忙期には10万円近くまで上がることもあるようなので、その価格帯を考えると、個人的には設備やサービスにかなり期待していました。 ・バルコニー周辺にカビのように見えるものがあり、廊下のカーペットにもシミがありました。 ・タオルに髪の毛が付いていました。5〜6万円の宿泊料金を考えると、清掃面で非常に残念でした。 ・部屋のエアコンの音がかなり大きく、夜も気になりました。 ・シャンプーなどのアメニティが、宿泊料金を考えるとそれほど良いものには感じませんでした。 ・スタッフの方々は丁寧ではありましたが、個人的にはそれほど親しみやすく、きめ細やかな接客とは感じませんでした。案内の際も場所を説明されるだけで、実際に案内していただくことはありませんでした。 ・食事処では、天井付近のビニールのようなものが風で揺れて、かなり大きなパタパタという音がしていました。食事中も気になり、雰囲気を損なっているように感じました。 ・食事は普通に美味しかったものの、追加料金8,800円を考えると、個人的には価格に見合うほど印象的ではありませんでした。 ・特に卵料理は、私にはあらかじめ混ぜて準備されたもののような、少し加工されたような食感・印象がありました。実際の調理方法は分かりませんが、出来立ての卵料理という感じがしなかったのが残念でした。 ・二部式の部屋着は用意されていましたが、浴衣が料金に含まれていなかったのも少し残念でした。旅館らしい体験を期待していたので、浴衣も含まれているものだと思っていました。 ・貸切風呂はとても便利でしたが、宿泊者全員が利用できるため、貸切風呂付きの高い部屋を選ぶメリットはあまり感じませんでした。 総評 お部屋の広さ・清潔さと、予約不要で利用できる貸切風呂は良かったです。 ただ、5〜6万円という宿泊料金を考えると、清掃・設備の手入れ・アメニ…

Nice room place as a getaway from the busy city, nothing crazy. + Room had a nice bath with a beautiful view. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on! − There were some spiderwebs on the ceiling and corners, which felt a bit uncomfortable.
