Comfort Hotel Sapporo lives up to it's name. + It's location was good. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. The room was clean. Clean towels and an empty bin every day was excellent. − The room was a little bit on the small size, but was fine for me.

+ The front desk staff was very kind and worked with Americans that knew only a little bit of Japanese. Suzuki was exceptional. Beds were firm but comfortable and I enjoyed the morning hot tea in the room before the included breakfast. − Not agripe to the hotel. Japanese tubs are small so they weren't the best for soaking.
