Overall good but poor wifi may force me to change hotel as it affects my work + Staff hospitality is good. − Wifi in the rooms are very slow... affects work while in the hotel. Need to improve this

Quality Option Near Suzhou Centre + Staff were professional and check in was fast. Room is very clean and spacious - location very convenient to nearby bars, shops, and restaurants. Close to Suzhou Center, etc. Bed very comfortable and nice views. − My partner wasn't pleased that there isn't a free laundry service and that the dryer wasn't very good.

Perfect in every way + The rooms are large and very clean. The location is just perfect. Right next to the metro (underground) and next the trouser building. We had the executive lounge which was just fantastic. The staff and serve are top notch. Breakfast and the gym are also right up there. − Nothing. I have nothing to bad to say about this hotel

Our favourite hotel in Suzhou + Everything. The staff were extremely helpful in all areas like the reception, lounge, concierge and gym. The location of the hotel meant we were able to go around Suzhou with ease. − Nothing
