Hotel très agréable, très joli cadre .... il faut améliorer les services externes à l'hotel + Petit déjeuné : très large choix, sucré, salé .... Situation : loin du centre ville de Shanghai, les déplacements sont donc long − Le niveau d'anglais du personnel est faible. Difficile d'obtenir un service correspondant aux demandes. Un soir je suis rentré tard (22H30)... pas de solution pour manger ... même pas un petit sandwich En dehors des services de l'hotel, difficile d'avoir d'autres services (information ou réservation d'un taxi par exemple).

The hotel met our needs for a quiet relaxing stay although having a spa would have enhanced our experience. + The area where the hotel is located is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay. Nice local walks although access to the surrounding ecological park area is restricted by closed bridges and walkways. The room was well appointed, clean and spacious. − The ground floor of the hotel / leisure area has a damp problem with mould covered ceiling’s and very bad damp smell. Outdoor pool area was lovely but pool needed a good clean. Sunbeds were basic without cushions. Towels were made available.
