we had no problems except finding the resort. + late check-in − our stay was too short to comment.

Good stay, but disappointed in the cleanliness. We have stayed before and was much better + Great location and restaurant. Nice layout and view − It was not clean. We waited for our room which was still veing mopped when we arrived at 2.15pm. When we were allowed in around 2.30pm, the floors were not mopped and the glasses in the kitchen dirty

+ Under ground parking, the lifts worked well,food quality was acceptable − The room was not accessible, beds uncomfortable, timber furniture badly damaged, TV infront of mirror and taking up 90%of the only available table also TV works intermittently Metal door beside toilet very rusty,hole in wall has been painted but not repaired, Very noisy all day everyday mostly from workmen using cutting and drilling equipment. I have photography if interested. Also 3.00am fire alarms nesesating completely evacuation by all Accommodation for 1hr 30min..Lastly 2 separate power outages. Throughout and after NO COMMENT OR COMMUNICATION FROM ANY ONE..

2 night stay and get bed bugs! − I arrived at 3 pm no one there to great me key just in lock box. No site map of where everything was pool/gym/dinning, no explanation. Then after my stay I had a very itchy back, since the stay I discovered spots on my back, seen my GP and it is bed bugs...for what was an expensive accomodation with zero view ground floor and poor communication.

Good price but could be more comfortable + View over the resort was beautiful, shower was good temperature and pressure. − The bed was a bit stiff leading to poor sleep, the doors in the hall shut very loudly even when actively trying to close them quietly meaning you hear everyone’s comings and goings. There was a repetitive noise during our first night that woke us up frequently but was absent the second night.

I wouldn’t stay there again, it was very uncomfortable + The gym was very equipped − Wasn’t very welcoming, the tv wasn’t connecting to the wifi and when we finally received some assistance it would go off every few minutes.
