    A pleasant stay and a nice spacious room for two people. It also had 2 double bunks if we had family + The villa was clean and well set up with most necessities. The location is great, although closer to town would be even better - I know that's not possible as it's been there a long time! We didn't have the breakfast so provided our own one morning, and ate in town the other. All in all a pretty good spot next to the beach. Lighting was great as we found the lighting in most Victorian places quite poor! − We thought we would give the breakfast a miss as it was very basic compared to most other places that offer breakfast. A buffet breakfast would be a great improvement, although we found Toast in Eden was very good. There were no face washers in the rom - all other places offer them. The gardens around the Villa could do with a bit more TLC. We always prefer fresh milk rather than UHT, but that might just be fussiness!
