Good location + Well located in the Southbank area, walking distance to a number of restaurants and pubs. While dated the kitchen was serviceable, beds were quite comfortable, rooms were spacious and the balcony a nice spot for breakfast or an evening beer. − While generally very clean, there was mould in the bathrooms and signs of wear. Also the bird shit on the balcony chairs was disappointing. The open view ensuite was a bit of a surprise and impacted on its serviceability. Was a bit noisy at times due to port traffic.

Comfortable stay with good sized apartment, good beds and bathrooms, decent kitchen and good laundry facilities. + Location excellent with walking access to city, Palmer St. restaurants and also to the Car Ferry to Magnetic Island. Would need to drive to the Sealink Ferry. − Small pool not really useful. Old oven and ring hob but perfectly usable.

+ Loved the overall apartment furnishings and service. Staff were amazing and helpful. Fresh water and milk was on hand when you arrive perfect after a long drive. Beautiful big beds lots of soft pillows. Wardrobe space huge, photos accurate. Always fresh towels and hot water which you want while on holidays. It has an elevator excellent and practical. I would recommend and definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for families. − Security regarding garage roller doors for our vehicles would be great.The sliding screen doors in the apartment didn't lock. Additional security by using garage doors to secure vehicles and ensuring all apartment entryways lock securely would improve the overall experience. Missing kitchen utensils, some cutlery and crockery were not provided; kitchen scissors, water jug to fill iron and large cutting board. Beautiful apartments we loved staying just little things and maybe a clock?
