Einmalige Lage, Service hat Potenzial nach oben + Einmalige Lage am Strand mit Sandbank im netten Surferort Cherating Sehr netter Empfang (wurden mir den buggy zur Lobby und unserer Villa gefahren) Großer Pool mit Blick aufs Meer − Kein 5-Sterne-Niveau: Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen (Fliesen im Pool, Zimmer), kaum erkennbares Interesse an Gästen (Massage wird promotet, aber bei Problemen keine Unterstützung; Unternehmens-Beach-Party mit Alkohol und lautem DJ am Samstagabend bis 23 Uhr ohne Info, drängender Service beim Frühstück.,,), dafür ist der Preis zu hoch; Frühstück lieblos

Definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Thank you Royale Chulan Cherating team! + My stay at Royale Chulan was wonderful. The staff provided warm and professional service throughout. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.Also was particularly impressed with the breakfast buffet, which was exceptional. There was an impressive selection of both local Malaysian cuisine and international dishes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. − The bathroom floor is very slippery when wet. Please consider providing anti-slip mats to improve guest safety

Chulan Cherating is well passed its glory days! + Location on Cherating Beach is excellent − We would rate it just 3 star - pool is murky with many tiles missing. Breakfast poor and dinner was even worse - maybe the poorest meal we’ve experienced in 40 years of travel. We could not recommend this place or the surrounding area which is run down and many shut places.

Trænger til en opgradering af både området, restauranten og faciliteterne. Ikke et 5-stjernet hotel. + Værelserne var fine. Hjælpsomt personale der dog havde lidt svært ved at kommunikere og forstå på engelsk. De var meget behjælpelige med at arrangere ture og bil for os. Udsigten hvor vi boede var flot. − Hotellet var slidt generelt. Der manglede fliser i poolen, liggestolene var virkelig dårlige ved poolen. Da vi blev taget imod blev vi som noget af det første advaret mod en type aber de beskrev som meget aggressive og at vi skulle passe på med at gå med noget i hænderne der kunne ligne mad eller have noget på altanen som de kunne spise. Vi skulle også passe på sandfluerne ved stranden da de bed og så skulle vi passe på ude i vandet da de havde mange jellyfish. Det i sig selv gjorde man blev lidt begrænset. Man følte sig ikke tryg når man gik rundt i området efter den måde personalet havde fremlagt det på. Dog slappede vi mere af efter den første dag da vi holdt os væk fra stranden …

Will repeat this stay again!!! + Everything!!! The accomodation was super nice, the breakfast was super delicious!! − Nothing!!! except you need to climb the stairs but they have buggy to ride for you up until in front of the room. Everything was exceptional!!
