Exceptional + Everything was just amazing, but especially the staff with their neverending smiles and kindness. The villa is great and the pool is really spectacular. It is not your Nusa Dua polished accomodation which is a great benefit from my perspective. − Nothing, it was amazing.

+ It’s good but some of stuff not know English very good. − It’s perfect but there two point not good first, the shower not work properly and second, swimming pool doesn’t have heater.

総じて満足、オススメのヴィラです。 + プールが広く、朝食のメニューも豊富でどれも美味しく、スタッフも親切だった。 周辺には飲食店やコンビニもあり利便性は良く、ヴィラの施設内はとても静かです。 − 室内の照明がやや暗い。 外出中にルームメイクは行われますが、 おそらくプールの清掃は毎日されていないため、連泊の場合はプールの水面に落ち葉が目立つ。神経質な人は気になるかもしれない。

My Favourite Villa in Bali + Love the staff hospitality super awesome. All departments included. Love the privacy and the atmosphere. Super love it the staff and Management gave my wife 2 big Surprises on her Birthday. Food at restaurant was awesome and tasty. Housekeeping keep the villa neat and clean. Very well making up the room. Reception/front office very responsive if needed assistance. This is my 3rd time every year staying at Javana Royal Villa. Overall was very memorable Anniversary and Birthday occasion for this trip this year. Thumbs up to Javana Royal Villa. − To make even better i wish the Villa Management could provide small tv on the upper level of my villa JQ 2 infront of the bed. Very troublesome if we wanted to watch TV must go down to the main hall. Also I wish both villa JQ1 and JQ2 to be equipped with a Full 2 door Refrigerator so that we can buy more stuff to be stored during our stay. To include Microwave will be much convenient for us to buy ready made food fro…
