Would definitely stay again + Wonderful location next to monkey forest. Quiet rooms, wonderful service and the restaurant was absolutely amazing. Feeding the fish each morning was a highlight!

+ Quiet area close to dining and shopping. Breakfast with monkeysthat come from the surrounding forest is very possible as they roam freely.

Required major renovation + Overpriced for such condition. No towels were provided, they said that the laundry had not been delivered. We had to ask again the next day. The room was ok, but needed to be cleaned better. Left over food from previous guests were still in the fridge. The bathroom was horrible, required renovation. Front office service was ok but not too friendly for Bali standard. Location is great, as needed to be as closest as possible to Monkey Forest.

The hotel from hell + I would give this hotel 0 stars if possible. This is the nastiest, filthiest and most unhygienic hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It had someone else’s blood stains and urine droplets on the bed sheets, ants on the balcony, and huge black rings of mould all over the bathroom. It was so filthy I checked out early-something I have never ever had to do before- and I travel a lot. I complained to reception and they moved me to another room which was no different to the first room- equally if not more dirty! I was promised a full refund but I still have never received one. Agoda who I booked this awful place with are playing stupid games and saying that my email address doesn’t match my booking when I booked on their app via my Apple ID. They are a joke and this hotel is a nightmare. It looks like no one ever cleans the rooms! Bali is full of beautiful places to stay- from wonderful homestays to swanky hotels. Bon rapport qualité prix et bien situé. + Proximité de la Forest monkey. On se demande si la qualité de l’eau de la piscine est bien controlée. − Pas de service de petit déjeuner directement dans l’hôtel.

Next door to the Sacred Monkey Forest + Beautiful setting with lush garden and rice paddy. We went to the Forest in the cool of the morning and came back to a refreshing swim in the pool. Very convenient! Loads of restaurants nearby, a mini market across the road and close to a supermarket with ATM. A peaceful retreat in busy Ubud. Lovely clean room - highly recommended.

Suksma ! Merci en balinais… et un passeport garanti pour de magnifiques sourires. 😊🌴🙏 + Nous étions venus pour quelques nuits… et nous sommes repartis avec l’impression de quitter une famille ! L’hôtel a largement dépassé nos attentes en termes de qualité/prix : propreté impeccable, confort au rendez-vous, mais surtout une équipe incroyable qui rend le séjour encore plus beau. Un immense merci à tout le personnel du restaurant, toujours souriant, attentionné et serviable. Mention spéciale à Agus, qui entretenait notre chambre avec autant de soin que de bonne humeur, et à Ayu, qui nous a préparé une box lunch pour notre départ à 6h00 du matin. De petites attentions qui font toute la différence. Entre le chaleureux accueil du premier jour, le délicieux Mix Juice et les célèbres sourires balinais, nous avons presque vérifié nos valises au départ pour être sûrs qu’un membre du personnel ne s’y était pas caché tellement ils vont nous manquer ! Spaziale come posizione, comodissimo per raggiungere tutto, pulito, gentili e ottimo prezzo. + Colazione, posizione, gentilezza e silenzio. − La tenda sopra il letto era sporca, la piscina non era limpidissima, la vista dalla piscina dipende dal momento del raccolto del riso. In un giorno è diventato tutto verde e bello
