excellent hospitality especially from Sanjay & his team 10/10 will definitely be back + Villas were perfectly located for our stay short 10min stroll from main strip in Seminyak get to experience the real Balinese locality. Value for money we had 2 three bedroom villas & a 2 bedroom villa. − leaving & going back home😔

+ The staff is nice − The bungalow was very dark and the restroom lacked privacy and you could see somebody on the hotel lane and the same way round.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious villa although a bit old and tired and hard beds. + The location was a bit further from the main shopping district in Seminyak than I would have preferred. There were just a few shops withing walking distance. However the Grabs are cheap, usually only $4 or $5 to get anywhere and you don't have to pay in advance like you do for the ubers back home in Australia. The breakfast was fine, but not a lot of selection. The breakfast staff were lovely though, and would cook you fresh omelettes or bacon and eggs of your choice. The juice was a bit disappointing, it was cordial and not freshly squeezed fruit juice.

Value for money + We stayed in a traditional balinese style bungalow with 2 single beds. The room is so spacious, comfy beds, and all the staffs are so friendly and accommodating. Most of the popular places Seminyak like La Favela and 32do are all walking distance from the villa. Simple breakfast are included with our room and you can also order cook to order like eggs, bacon and sausages. For the price we paid, this place is totally hit the spot. − Just minor, better water pressure in the shower 😁.

I’d definitely recommend this property for anyone that wants to experience Bali , it’s a great introduction to Bali, + It was beautiful, a look into the real Bali, not western, the staff were amazing and super helpful, nothing was a problem, they even ordered us blue bird taxis when we needed them. It was very safe and even had security at the front entrance at all times. The beds where comfortable, the pool was crystal clear and clean, lovely outdoor style living, the gardens where lovely we even had a occasional frog and squirrel ( not near us, but great to see in a very busy area). It was supper quite once in the villas, and aircon was really good, bedroom was super cool all the time. Even water was supplied in a big water container. − Nothing!
