Stay somewhere else + I like the staff. They were very helpful. The location was good, it was within walking distance of the mall that has a lotus grocery store. Having a 7/11 downstairs in front of the building was a plus. It has a kitchen so you can cook your own food instead of going out for every meal − It was over priced and the electricity cost extra. It says beachfront but it's not. It's about 250 meters from beach. The gym was also a let down. The room was old and rundown. Wood floors were beat up and so was the sliding doors that separated the bed from the living room. The Sofa was also old and not that great. The room had a ant problem so I had to buy ant spray from the 7/11 downstairs. I left two weeks early even though they don't do refunds on unused days. I was unhappy, so I wanted to get the hell out of there. Over-all hua hin was a bit boring and is mainly for retired old people. There is no night life there
