Nightmare Valley Resort + I’ve travelled all over and can deal with flaws and things being simple. For this “resort” I’m not sure where to start. Pictures online looks amazing but be ready to be disappointed. Forget the list of amenities and services listed. There is no pool bar, no airport shuttle, dirty pool is falling apart and pieces of glass tile is everywhere, electricity is off between 10-5pm, WiFi is the worst and going anywhere means climbing 3ft walls and a 15m steep hike through the woods, alt during low tide wading waist high around the rocks. I hate making decisions based on a faulty listing. Just edit your description and list of services! Forget handicap accessibility. Room numbers and lights on paths and stairways are missing so it’s a constant navigating in the dark trying to find your way or trying not to fall in the steep stairs. The first room we were given had spiderwebs all over, a fridge from hell, weird open holes with brown yuck, electric wiring loose and …

+ Mysigt och definitivt värt de med tanke på priset. Började vistelsen i en standard bungalow som kanske inte var i toppskick, men vi förlängde vår tid där och då blev vi uppgraderade till ett jättefräscht större rum för ännu billigare pris. Mysig omgivning och helt ok pool. Bra service och frukosten var bra.

+ On the website, it wasn’t mentioned that this property is actually on an island. You need to take a boat there and back. Which of course costs. If you wait, for hours at times, It will be cheaper, as the more in a boat the cheaper it is. Otherwise full coast and no waiting. There isn’t anything to do on the island. Unless you’re a rock climber, lots of that. The beach is average. Hotel was nice, with a nice pool. No electricity for certain hours during the day. We cancelled our 7 day visit and went to the main land.

The place is nice for Tonsai but the staff... + For Tonsai the place is nice, but get a superior bungalow, the others were not nice. My AC worked the bed was pretty good and the place was usually quite enough to sleep. Where the place struggled was the staff, some were really nice, some were nice enough but the woman who seemed to be in charge most of the time at the front desk was not nice, ever, during my entire two week stay despite repeated attempts to get her to soften up.

Value for money + We were hesitant to book this hotel after reading some reviews and the price was so reasonable after what we had been paying. We arrived expecting average but we were pleasantly surprised at the room, very clean and the pool area was huge and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast great value and cooked fresh as you waited. Yes, the power is only available from 5pm till 10am but we were out and about during the day so didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our stay and our time at Tonsai beach area

+ Super endroit pour relaxer,décor magnifique, endroit relax ,chambres propre bon petit restaurants pas chère vraiment un petit trésor, mais bien s informer sur le façon de ce rendre taxi boat et possibilité que l hôtel vienne vous cherchez sur la plage ( cart de golf) je le recomande pleinement pour couple ,amateur d escalade ou pour relaxer loin du tourbillon des ville et touristes

+ バトルウォーター1日2本補充してもらえる。 シャワーやドライヤー設備は古いが機能には問題ない（多少シャワーの勢いや温度は不十分）。朝食の内容も問題ない程度。日中は停電するので冷蔵庫でビールを冷やすのは難しく感じた。 全体的に、設備やサービスに対して宿泊料金はやや高めという印象を受けた。 チェックアウト後、ビーチまで送迎してもらえて助かった。

+ Location is good and lots of options to eat. Breakfast was great. Pool was nice but water is really warm. Monkeys play all over the resort which was really cool! My biggest concern is how hard the beds are.

Fin atmosfär med sämre rum. + Bra läget . Fin atmosfär. Kryp/små djur på rummet. Nycket myrorn och kackerlacka. Hårda sängar. Frukosten var inte direkt någon wow upplevelse men funkade. Fin fräsch pool och aoran på hotel var mycket mysig.
