Parfait ! + L’emplacement au bord de la plage, proche des quartiers animés de Lamai. Présence d’un restaurant à l’hôtel, ce qui est appréciable, le petit déjeuner est excellent. Un bien mauvais acceuil + Les personnels (or équipe de management) qui sont réellement avenants et gentils. La proximité des restaurants qui offrent une alternative interessante à ce celui de l'hôtel. − Les ennuis ont commencés bien avant notre arrivée dans le sens ou j'avais réservé une chambre avec un lit d'appoint pour ma fille âgée de 9 ans et il m'a été demandé un supplément après la réservation (sachant que je ne pouvais pas annuler ma réservation initiale sans perdre l'intégralité de la sommer versée). Manque de transparence de l'établissement. Par la suite, la première phrase qui nous a été dite à notre arrivée était pour nous signifier que malheureusement notre chambre réservée au mois de janvier n'était plus disponible et que nous pouvions être relogé dans un autre établissement sans piscine ni accès à la plage totalement différent de notre choix initial avec des pseudos compensations financières . Absolut nicht zu empfehlen + Nichts − Also das ist mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel, dass ich in Thailand jemals erlebt habe. Ich habe über 700 € bezahlt und ich habe einen Bungalow bekommen, der direkt inmitten der Menschenmenge war, die Leute konnten durch die Fenster alles sehen was ich mache, durch das Fenster hat man sogar auf meine Toilette gesehen! Die Klimaanlage war ekelhaft dreckig und als ich mich beschwert habe und gesagt habe dass ich in diesem Zimmer nicht bleiben kann, wurde mir gesagt dass kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar ist. Ich bin ausgecheckt und habe versucht mein Geld zurückzubekommen und plötzlich sagt das Hotel ich hätte ein anderes Zimmer abgelehnt! Achtung!

Great position but hotel is a bit tired + Perfect position out of the hustle and bustle but easily walkable to restaurants − Bed was rock hard. Couldn’t change air con temperature.

Klare Weiterempfehlung! + Super Lage direkt am Strand und nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg zum Trubel. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen − Das 2x Gäste bis nach 3 Uhr morgens an den Tischen beim Pool gesessen sind und nicht unbedingt leise waren.

+ Výborné snidaně, super ochotný personál, hned u pláže. Krásný bazén a klid. Měli jsme problém s vanou a okamžitě bylo vyřešeno výměnou pokoje. Hotel jsme opouštěli ve 4 ráno a dostali jsme snídani s sebou. U bazénu happy hours na drinky. Určitě se řadí vrátíme − Klimatizace na pokoji byla hodně hlučná a málo výkonná. I když jsme nastavili na nejnižší možné stupně nestačila k vychlazení pokoje a bylo stále horko. Navíc byla hlučná tak že na noc jsme museli vypnout což trošku kazilo celkový dojem z hotelu

+ Herausragend war das immer freundliche und immer aufmerksame Personal. Die Lage direkt am Strand war auch Top! − Unterkünfte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionell eingerichtet. Man konnte leider nicht richtig baden , aufgrund der Seeigel an den Felsen.

+ lokalita je vyborna, hotel je v poriadku v pohladu cena / vykon − boli sme ubytovani v novej casti hotela, nezodpovedalo to uplne tomu, co bolo rezervovane na bookingu, ale bolo to kompenzovane vzdialenejsim vyhladom na more. Problem nastal poslednu noc, kedze priestor nad nasou izbou este nebol hotovy a prebiehala rekonstrukcia, ktora prebiehala celu noc. Za nas to bola katastrofa, celu noc sme nespali. Inak rezort odporucam, minuly rok sme spali v bungalovoch s vyhladom na more, ktore su sice starsie, ale skvele.

Es war unsere Hochzeitsreise und es wurde unser Zimmer geschmückt. Sehr sehr zufrieden. Es ist ein schönes gemütliches Hotel mit ruhiger Lage. Wir kommen wieder und sehr überwältigt. Es ist ein sehr liebevolles Hotel. Mit sehr viel Liebe. Zum Detail. − Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
