    Friendly exceptional local hotel + If you’re travelling to Hanoi and wish to experience Vietnam this hotel is great value with exceptionally friendly and genuine staff. Diep at front office was always smiling polite and professional to assist me with any help I needed and we enjoyed nice chat together. Niam was also extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. I would recommend this for easy location- Clean and styled room and privacy away from to much busy party crowd. It is also very close to bail salon and amazing banmi shop.
