Hotel muy centrico del Old quarter + Muy centrico y cerca de todo. Nos guardaron una maleta durante una semana. Fueron muy amables − Un poco ruidoso de la calle y de los vecinos de la habitacion de al lado. Recomiendo habitaciones en plantas superiores

We were very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. Great service overall, highly recommend + Conveniently located close to the other room booked by our party. The property was also in a great location, with easy access to the places I wanted to visit and explore in Hanoi. − The rooms are on the smaller side, but they were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service during our stay, which was a little disappointing.

+ Nothing. − Utterly awful experience here and you should avoid at all costs. They will scam you as much as possible. This place was probably nice 15 years ago, it is now very run down, smells bad, is loud and the staff and management are scammers. Best not to even mention the dodgy looking stains on the furniture... DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Geweldig + Ideale plek, mooie kamer met als verrassing een upgrade naar een familiekamer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een leuke rooftopbar. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk. Kortom: top! − Niets

Good location. Close to everything. + Breakfast options were ok, it was very repetitive. Not much selection of pastries etc... But staff were happy to accommodate if we needed an omelette etc. − When we checked out there was a manager/staff at reception who was so rude and demanded all sets of room keys. Also, he said that we took a can of coke from mini bar (which we didn't) as we bought our own drinks which we left in the mini bar so i told him to keep our drinks if he thinks that we had the can of coke. Hi tone was so rude and in the end i just paid for the can of coke.

+ The staff was great. Breakfast was also very good! − The hotel restaurant was extremely expensive compared to other restaurants in surrounding areas. An example: A coke cost 80 vietnamese dong while in any other place you won't find it more than 40.

If visiting beautiful Hanoi, La Neuva Hotel is the place to stay + Location, tidiness, food, bar but most of all the staff. They are all amazing.. − Nothing, we should have stayed longer, but today we move on to HoiAn.
