Вполне нормальный вариант с кухней за небольшую стоимость + Отличное расположение отеля, прекрасный пляж рядом, много кафе. − Мы бронировали большой семейный номер с кухней, столиком и 2 большими кроватями на 4 человека за полгода. Когда приехали, нам сначала предоставили маленький номер 12 м с одной кроватью, кухней, но без столика. Предлагали отменить наше бронирование, изменить его. Хотя это оплошность отеля, а не наша!!! Если бы мы согласились, то пострадала бы наша репутация на Букинге и перебронировали бы мы очень не выгодно, так как цена значительно выросла. В итоге путём переговоров нам всё же предоставили тот номер, который мы бронировали. Будьте бдительны! Сам номер вполне хороший, убирались каждый день и меняли полотенца. Но полотенца и постельное бельё видно, что очень давно в эксплуатации, с не отстирываемыми пятнами. Освещение в номере и в ванной очень тусклое. Балкон был очень маленький с 3 кондиционерами, им не пользовались. Телевизор, кондиционер, холодильник хорошие…

+ Рядом с пляжем, море не глубокое. Номер был большой (2 комнаты и 2 ванные комнаты). Убирали каждый день, питьевая вода в номере бесплатно. Есть полотенца, зубные щетки и гель, шампунь. Бассейн есть, но он не глубокий 1,30 м . В номере было 3 кондиционера. − Нет сушилки для белья в номере, трудно сушить одежду, купальник. Отсутствие вешалок в прихожей (вход в номер). Не было ножа для нарезки фруктов (только нож для масла, а он тупой).

For me stayting Richico is one of my best choice especially big group , if you stay in Apartment you can cook your liked + Location , our room wow have new aircon really the room was so cold , we have comfortable stay . The receptionist and bell man are all attentive and friendly.. − our room is big old need to fix some fixture like the cabinet in the kitchen , Rice cooker they lend to us was bit rusty . Hope they can look on it.

I would have paid a bit extra if the property was renovated. Cupboard doors in the kitchen broken! + OMG is all I can say. − I would have been happy to pay extra tyo get fresh fruit and vegies.

It was a great stay. + The room was spacious and clean. Reception staff were kind and helpful. − Wifi is not good and very slow. Bathroom flooring was also slippery while taking bath.
