+ Room was clean, and they let us check in early after our sleeper bus so that we could rest before checking into our actual room. Staff were friendly − The pool was cold, and it was a 20-30min taxi/grab into the city centre

A real Cherry hotel. + I liked the cleanliness and the friendliness of the 2 male employees who worked the desk. The room was Great, the swimming pool and the restaurant. − The female desk employee wasn't so friendly;however, that could have been my fault because not everybody likes over-the-top friendly people.

Comfortable but would not stay here again. + The hotel was close to the airport and in a residential area, so there were no restaurants nearby. The breakfast was tasty with many options. The pool was pleasant. − Despite there being pictures on the website of rooms where the bed was not against the wall on one side, we were told on arrival that this was not the case. It would be fine for one person but for two it was inconvenient for one person to have to climb up the bed to get in.

We had a comfortable stay. I highly commend their restaurant staff, especially, the auntie. She was consistent - serves + Most of the staff are very friendly. The room is spacious and clean.
