It was good, but at the end of stay extra charges were demanded for stained towel and sheets. I have never had this expe + Cottage style villas − Cleanliness

+ Ohne eigenen Roller nicht zu empfehlen! Die Zimmer und das Pool sind okay jedoch das Frühstück ist fürchterlich! Und nur bis 9 Uhr in der früh! Spinnen die?????? Wir sind zum Urlaub hier, und da gehört das Frühstück bis frühestens zehn geschlossen!

+ Nette Anlage mit Pool. Frl. Sophia an der Rezeption spricht Englisch und ist sehr freundlich. Shuttle Service zum Night market und zum Strand an gewissen Tagen in der Woche gratis. Shuttle zum Flughafen war gratis. Sehr liebe Ridgeback Hunde vor dem Hotel Restaurantbereich. Sind wohl Streuner, aber gutmütig. − Verständigung meistens nur mit Google Übersetzer möglich, da fast keiner Englisch spricht. Hotelanlage ist nett, aber im abseits. Man braucht ein Fahrzeug oder Taxi.

Место спокойствия + Очень спокойное и красивое место, ухоженная территория. Мы провели чудесную передышку, набрались сил. Бунгало очень понравилось: чисто и много места, кровати большие с ортопедическими матрацами. Из досуга: бассейн, есть мелкий, удобный для детей, пешие прогулки до водопада (водопады только июнь, июль, август), массаж для взрослых и детей))), выезд на ночной рынок. Персонал на высшем уровне, все молодцы. Все время думаешь чем кормить детей, а тут, для них нашли вкусный тыквенный супчик, молоко и рис, вопрос был решен. Для взрослых еда простая, но голодными не останетесь, все вкусно. − Один день проснулись от ремонта на крыше бунгало ) Немного мешал шум кондиционера.

Хорошо + Ежедневная уборка приятнопахнущим моющим средством, вкусный завтрак, прокат мотобайков, удобное расположение в центре острова. − С потолка в «бунгало с видом на сад» сыпалось… не понятно что) То ли опилки от деревянной крыши (возможно, поедают термиты), то ли мелкая пыльца. Особенно было заметно на столике в ванной, на столе с водой и тумбе под телевизор.

Amazing + It was stunning. My room was gorgeous and clean. The staff went above and beyond their job and made my stay amazing. They treated me like family. They organised a birthday cake and sang happy birthday in Vietnamese. They were all amazing. When I visit again I will stay here because the staff were awesome − My experience was amazing. I loved this resort.

Amazing staffs and hospitality + The staff was great and very helpful and they were so welcoming we all love how they treat us . − Rooms need to be more upgraded. Like power plug point and finishing overall seems like incomplete. Need to have consistent with all the rooms.
