    + The hotel room was nice and the breakfast was good. The people working there always made sure everything was perfect. Walking distance to everything.

    + Hong and staff are very friendly and helpful. Place is clean, beds are comfy and has everything you need - laundry was a big benefit! It's right at the edge of ancient town so quiet yet very accessible. Lantern lady classes, spas and restaurants very close. We even caught a boat ride back from Japanese bridge to our hotel one night. − Price of mini bar could be reduced a bit or have bigger bottles of water available to use.

    + Location and free bicycle rental − Lots of mosquitoes and it took quite some time for AC to cool the room. The window frame wasn't cleaned. ( Beach sand). The bathroom had some smell which went away after our first room service. The bidet wasn't cleaned at all. It had black mold.
