Friendly Restaurant Staff + Hi Tali!!! I hope you're doing well!!!!! The hospitality and service of the guys in the restaurant were top tier. Very attentive and Tali especially is warm and welcoming. Grab cost to Ancient Town, or An Bang beach about 50,000 dong from memory. Location is walkable to the adjacent street which also has some nice restaurants.

Hoi An Travelling + The Staff in the restaurant here were fabulous and very attentive and friendly to us. The service The service fantastic and always helpful and especially Yang, Lucy, Leo and Jack were lovely. We have enjoyed our stay here and felt looked after when feeling well. A little dated but great hospitality + I stayed at the Le Pavillon Resort & Spa in Hoi An as part of a TripADeal tour package. There were 40 of us in total visiting this ancient town. The first impression on seeing the facade is that apart from being grand and built in French architecture, it looks a little dated and requires a fresh lick of paint. I was provided a corner room on the 5th level (Room 510) with views of rice paddy fields and a mountain range. Sunrise provided a nice sunrise view. The room was spacious, aircon good (ask for an additional card so aircon can remain on when out), the bed was comfortable and overall the room was pleasant to be in. The only criticism we had were the room safes. They are found in the cupboard near the bed and aren’t affixed - you can pick it up. The breakfasts were a highlight and I must give credit to the bar staff at the swim up bar - Jake and Vang. Also a shoutout to the helpful and friendly Supervisor Linda ❤️. The swimming pool is e…

Great rooms, not so great service. + Hotel and rooms are lovely and clean. William greeted us on arrival and was fantastic and helpful to get us started in Hoi An and to check in. The pool area was dirty and disgusting (cigarette butts, empty beer cans, earrings) and when we reported it to front desk nothing was done for the entirety of our stay. We also wanted drinks from the pool bar…the first day it took us three times going to the desk before someone came and then left again never to return. The next two days no bartender in site. The bar and area was completely covered with ants and the lounger chairs were stained and dirty as well. Lastly, we ordered pizza from room service annd they didn’t have the ingredients for our first choice. We ordered a different one and when the pizza came it was very undercooked. We returned and they cooked again, but returned still undercooked with raw dough. They said they couldn’t make another one because they didn’t have any more ingredients. The…

My Stay at The Pavillon + I had a wonderful stay! All amenities were great! I will definitely be back when I visit Hoi An in 2027. Mr Music and Tracy at front desk team are friendly and helpful.
