+ Alles war supper. Hotel bietet sehr viele Leistungen, Schwimmbad, Whirlpool Sauna, Dampfbad, sehr großes Spa Bereich . Nur 4 Sterne, da viel erneuert werden soll und sehr begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden.

+ Ich war für ein paar Tage in diesem Vier-Sterne-Hotel in Karlovy Vary. Leider entsprach mein Aufenthalt nicht den Erwartungen, die man bei dieser Hotelkategorie haben sollte. Das größte Problem war die extreme Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Man konnte jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören – an Erholung war daher kaum zu denken. Besonders nachts war es sehr störend, da andere Gäste bis spät wach waren und wir dadurch kaum schlafen konnten. Ansonsten war das Zimmer zwar sauber und gut ausgestattet, aber die schlechte Schalldämmung hat den Gesamteindruck leider stark getrübt. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte man mehr Ruhe und Komfort erwarten können.

Terrible experience that I do not want to repeat. + Rude , condescending personnel, Soviet style rooms, it felt like I got back to my worst childhood experiences in Soviet Union children camps. There are a number of buildings in the hotel, but the reservation does not clarify which building to go to upfront. I was greeted in Russian at the reception and although I mentioned that I preferred to speak English I was still being addressed in Russian. I checked in and immediately checked out and left to stay in a different hotel. Overall, I will never come back and won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Ok + Slitet hotell med allt uppdelat i flera byggnader i området! Det sämsta var att ingen pratade engelska trots att det kryllade av personal och att det stod i hotellbeskrivningen att det skulle finnas. Möjlighet till spa var en pool, bubbelpool och torrbastu. Ångbastun var trasig. Fantastisk Thaimassage trots att det var knöligt att boka pga språket. Frukosten var bra trots tråkiga matsalar. Middagen var överraskande god men i en riktigt tråkig miljö. Personalen beskrev middagen som ok för pensionärer!!!! Summeringen: helt ok men absolut ingen lyxig känsla

+ The location is good to take the bus and the view was awesome. The staff were good except one old lady was not friend enough. The condition is ok but the rooms don't deserve 4.5 stars. The garage parking was so dirty. Spider nets, and smell. It is the main downside of the hotel.

+ Eine prima Möglichkeit für einen (Kur-) Aufenthalt in Karlový Vary. Das Hotel ist auch gut an den ÖPNV von Karlový Vary angeschlossen, Haltestelle Sanssouci oder Švýcarský Dvůr. Bei Kuraufenthalt ist die Buslinie 2 includiert. Alle anderen müssen sich Tickets (gibt's auch im Bus entweder beim Fahrer in bar für 50 Kč oder am Automaten für 25/30 Kč, wo man nur mit Karte bezahlen kann) Für "Nur" Hotelgäste empfiehlt sich der Erwerb des Wochenticket für derzeit 300 kč, gibt es allerdings nur entweder in der Karlový Vary app bargeldlos oder zu den Öffnungszeiten des Info Büros der Karlsbader Verkehrsbetriebe - von Montag - Freitag - in der Zeyerova Straße, gleich gegenüber dem Busbahnhof "Tržnice" als Papierticket gegen Bargeld erwerben) Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich und lecker. Im Wellnesszentrum war leider die Dampfsauna und später auch der Wirlpool außer Betrieb. Ansonsten alles top. Gerne wieder!

+ If you have budget issue this hotel could be a good choice, otherwise I won’t pick it again. It’s a very standard 3 star( don’t know how it reaches 4.5 star) this could be a miss leading

Back to the future ? + With huge respect to the hard-working hotel staff and the excellent medical team — unfortunately, I would not come back. The main reason is the overwhelming presence of Russian plancton, which gives the whole place a rather strong Soviet-era atmosphere. If nostalgia for those times is what you are looking for, you may feel right at home. The Charlestone restaurant is a special experience. Despite the fact that the food is served continuously for three hours by very professional Czech cooks, the dining room turns into pure chaos. Large circulating groups of impatient guests rush around the buffet as if food might disappear at any moment, pushing for the “best pieces” with remarkable determination. It is less a dining experience and more a live demonstration of buffet survival tactics. The swimming pool is another highlight — if your idea of relaxation is floating in a crowded, noisy space that resembles a frog pond full of loud conversations. On the positive …
