Central location in a beautiful 17 century building. + Very quirky and extremely central location. Host very helpful . Comfortable beds, clean and well equipped. − The shower room is very challenging for anyone with mobility issues… for anyone else it’s fine. Needs a kettle 😉😁

We very much enjoyed the access to Copenhagen that this apartment gave but not the inaccuracy of the description given o + Location was great. Historic building − The advert on BDC claimed washer dryer, electric kettle. None of these were evident so I emailed the owner - answer was electric kettle was broken so we should boil a pan. The washer dryer was it seems located behind a ‘Secret door’ in one of the bedrooms, this lead to an unlit staircase dropping into what appeared to be an unlit cellar so we passed on the washing. The ad should make clear that although accessible on the ground floor the washer dryer and indeed the shower were not easily accessible (shower tray 3 steps up from the washing closet floor) and slippery when wet. Worth mentioning that we were welcomed by a sheet of tips that included a statement that we should dispose of any rubbish into the nearby public rubbish bins (seems that we are not granted access into the adjacent courtyard where the bins may have been …

Hygge in perfection - probably the best room in CPH + It was such a special gem 💎 . Directly in the street to the royal palace. Everything was so close by feet and we felt home from the moment of booking. The conversation throughout the stay was extraordinary easy-going and absolutely 10/10. We Will definitely come back 🤩

Good location, uncomfortable apartment + The location was really good. It was 5-10 min away from everything in the city center. − We were aware that the building was from 17th century but it hasn’t been renovated at all. There is a specific smell when you enter the apartment. There are 3 bedrooms but 2 of them are walk-in rooms. In the last one there was a door with screwdriver as a locking mechanism leading to a wine cellar which we didn’t know existed. Our friend felt unsafe to sleep there and she used the coach in the living room. The apartment was in the ground floor and the people from the backyard could see you as there are no blinds. Also, there were no lights in the main bedroom, just a night lamp which was also really uncomfortable. So overall, we were not really happy with our stay there.

Toller Aufenthalt - tolle Lage - toller Vermieter + Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem mittelalterlichen Haus nahe dem Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, bei unserer Ankunft war alles grundsätzlich sauber. Es befinden sich tolle Bilder, Lampen, Teppiche, Polster etc. in der Wohnung. Die Küche ist gut bestückt, wir haben mehr selbst zubereitet, als wir ursprünglich vorhatten. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm problemlos, er antwortete stets zeitnah und war recht konstruktiv. Wir konnten auch am Abreisetag unser Gepäck noch relativ lange in der Wohnung belassen. − Die Wände, Decken und Fenster sind recht dünn und der Straßenlärm, aber auch die über der Wohung lebenden Nachbarn waren regelmäßig recht laut. Von der in der Hausordnung verlangten Ruhe ab 19 bzw. 20 Uhr war nicht viel zu spüren. Leider kann/darf man den Hinterhof nicht benutzen. Die Bilder der Wohnung auf Booking.com sind entweder schon älter oder digital ein wenig aufgehü…
