+ Ubytovanie sa mi veľmi páčilo. Pani bola milá a ochotná, všetko bolo príjemné a bez problémov. Veľkým plusom bolo aj tiché prostredie – keďže je ubytovanie ďalej od mesta, nebolo tam nič počuť a mali sme krásny pokoj. 😊

Rezidencia Podhájska je top ubytovanie + 📌 8 krát po sebe v tomto roku 2026 sme navštívili Rezidenciu Podhájska a stále dávam 10/10 bodov 📌 Je tu kľud súkromie na každej izbe veľký balkón veľké postele na každej izbe klimatizácia a veľmi pekná kuchyňa vkusne vybavená všetkými kuchynskými potrebami 📌 Na každej izbe v kúpeľni sú veľké vane s dostatočnim priestorom ale hlavne veľmi kvalitné matrace na príjemný oddych a spánok 📌 Personál veľmi nápomocný a empatický 📌

Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, sehr schade + Die Klimaanlage hat das Zimmer gut gekühlt und das WLAN war gut. − Am Poolbereich waren alle Liegen defekt, Kissen für die Liegen gab es keine. Die Gegenstromanlage des Pools war auch defekt. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war durchgelegen.Das komplette Appartement war ungünstig aufgeteilt, so dass Gemütlichkeit nicht aufkam, Sofa in der Küche + weiteres Sofa schräg zum Fernseher der unter der Decke hing + 2 Einzelbetten im Wohnzimmer. Besonders negativ fiel auf, dass wir direkt nach der Buchung erstmal eine Preisliste für den Wellnessbereich erhielten. Der Wellnessbereich war der Grund für unsere Buchung, dann aber Pro Person für 2 Stunden Nutzung 14 Euro extra zahlen und für eine Stunde Whirlpool Nutzung pro Person 8 Euro verlangen, da passt hier etwas nicht. Personal haben wir bis auf unsere Ankunft keines gesehen. Hätten wir vorher über die Extrakosten des Wellnessbereichs und den schlechten Zustand der Wohnung und des Poolbereichs Beschei…
