+ so the location on the Expedia may is off. This hotel is on the west side of town. That said it's a great hotel. The staff are friendly, the breakfast good, and everything is clean. Nice coffee shops around it. I'd stay again.

Can anything else go wrong? + After a wonderful week in Jordan we arrived in Amman at the Saray Hotel. When we got to our room whatever could go wrong did go wrong. A lamp was broken, the television didn't work, the phone had no cord connecting it to the system, there were no towels in the bath, the air conditioning did not work and there was broken glass in the rug. This took multiple calls to the front desk and numerous visits by staff to the room to attend to all of this. I can't help wonder why they didn't offer us another room. Perhaps our mistake to prepay for accommodations when making the reservation. Won't do that again!

+ My booking varied from online reservation and when asked staff they were relentless in verifying and/or amend it!!! Wifi was down for almost 1 day! Beds were v small (less than standard type) and that is not shown properly in pics nor highlighted! As for the hotel itself it is v nice and clean

A good hotel. + The first room I was given wasnt clean however they immediately moved me to a great room that was clean and had a good view of the city. The hotel staff were excellent and tried to help when needed. The hotel itself is in a good area with lots of American restaurants and the hotel itself has good interior facilities. All in all I would stay again at the hotel but it is some distance from the old town when hotels.com listed it as being close to the Roman theater, when in fact it will cost you around 8 JD to get to the theater but this is not the hotel's fault.

+ Saray Hotel was quiet and staff friendly with the morning breakfast being a highlight. Location on an extremely busy road made it tough to go to the local shops across from it. Also the entire process of cancellation for another night not needed was less than pleasant. It took my Jordanian friend to actually resolve it. They need a way on the webpage to do this.

+ We stayed for 12 days, we have a very good experience. With a cafe and restaurant inside the hotel. Highly recommended.

+ This property appeared on the app as in the middle of downtown (still does even after checkout). It is NOT, 10km away from it. They gave me a single room, which was the saddest thing I'd ever see, with an actual single bed like when I was 8 years old with sheets so worn they felt like sandpaper. There wasn't a single towel in the room, the carpet was gross, staff not helpful, wouldn't answer the phone. Tiniest shower you'll ever see, barely room to move about.

A good stay in Amman! + The hotel is not on the center of the city but it is very comfortable. I like the breakfast, the room was nice and clean. You will need transportation to go to the main attractions of the city but the hotel is worthy.

+ the property was nice, clean; staff were nice and helpful. I felt just some small things let it down, like you needed 2 remotes to operate the tv and its confusing as they conflict with one another. they advertised 24 room service but had hardly anything on the menu, i had to ask what they had and i think it was 3 small dishes out of the entire menu selection which was disappointing. also breakfast was really poor - no options or choices, just a small basket with hummus, cheese, omelette, a little salad, some form of tomato sauce with tea or coffee only and the shower took a while to become warm/hot the location a number of restaurants - takeaway nearby in the area which was fine. i would recommend the hotel but hope the hotel address these little issues as it improve the stay ans comfort of many.
