Great hotel + The room was beautiful, reception was being upgraded but the hotel overall is really nice. We be complaint would be the duvet was far too warm for summer.

+ Only stayed one night. Didn’t have any meals there or used the pool. Receptionist was really nice and told us everything we needed to know . Room was good. Easy to get bus from nearby stop in to Cork City and back.

Very average hotel + I had booked a single room with a double bed, got a family room with two singles and a double. Shower head at tap level and no shower curtain. Not good if you’re 6foot. Restaurant staff very good food not great.

Fantastic staff + I rarely write reviews but I wanted to mention the staff at this hotel. They were all so lovely, in all depts - reception, bar, gym and breakfast. Food was great, room great, nothing negative!

+ This was a deluxe stay! The restaurant and bar were great! And the property is lovely! The only downside is that it is quite a drive in to town and we couldn’t really walk anywhere.

+ We booked this hotel because it had a pool and whirlpool but we couldn't use them as they closed early on Sunday, also the service in the bar/restaurant was poor as we had to wait on everything, we the found the bed uncomfortable but overall hotel was clean
