Établissement dont le seul intérêt est l’emplacement ! + L’emplacement est irréprochable pour être à proximité de toutes les commodités et faire du shopping. Il est également bien desservi par les transports pour faire des activités culturelles sans stress dans tout le centre parisien. La literie est bonne pour un sommeil réparateur malgré une climatisation capricieuse en cette période caniculaire! − L’établissement mérite de toute urgence une sérieuse rénovation et modernisation. Les équipements sont vieux, défectueux et mal entretenus, la liste est très longue…. Le ménage et l’état de propriété ne sont pas du niveau d’un 4 étoiles. Le personnel de l’établissement semble rompu aux réclamations de la clientèle en renvoyant vers une boîte mail de réclamation… mais toujours avec un grand sourire.

Aufgrund des Zustands des Zimmers und der zahlreichen Mängel können wir dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen. + Die Lage − Das Zimmer war in einem sehr schlechten und dringend renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Es gab kaputte Fliesen und beschädigte Böden, insgesamt machte das Zimmer einen sehr ungepflegten und heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Insgesamt entsprach das Zimmer überhaupt nicht dem, was man von einem Hotel erwarten kann. Die gute Lage war leider der einzige positive Punkt.

L'appartement a répondu à notre besoin. + L'appartement était bien localisé. Il y a de quoi faire des courses à côté (Monoprix). Dans l'ensemble l'appartement était bien fait pour notre famille de 4 personnes. Les lits étaient confortables. − Il y avait une fuite sous le lavabo de la salle de bain. Cela provoquait une odeur désagréable dans l'ensemble de l'appartement. Il manquait également des éléments de cuisine (cuillères et carafe d'eau).
