Roden infestation ignored by management and Booking.com − Prior to checking out, rodent droppings were repeatedly found in the private bathroom of this single room. While the cleaning staff removed them daily, the underlying pest issue was never addressed by management. The situation escalated when a live rat was discovered inside the bedroom. Upon reporting the live rodent, management claimed that a thorough investigation yielded no evidence and flatly refused to authorize a reimbursement for the remaining nights. The staff on the ground were generally pleasant, but the experience was entirely ruined by management's refusal to address the sanitary hazard. It appeared they preferred to deny the problem to protect their reputation rather than resolve it for guest safety. Travellers should be aware that this property enforces a strict non-refundable policy even when rooms become entirely uninhabitable due to unaddressed hygiene issues.

Bassissima attenzione al cliente − I had high expectations on this hostel based on the reviews and as I tried to check in at 2pm It was the beginning of a chaotic situation that I had never found myself in, traveling in more than 30 Countries around the world and working in hostels. When I arrived the receptionist was not there and other guests were waiting for him, who was supposed to come back in 5 minutes. I wrote to the WhatsApp Number provided and someone (not the receptionist) recommended me to just leave my bag with my passport and values in the hall next to the sofa (not in the reception) as I had to quickly leave for a diving lesson. After the long day, I was only dreaming of a shower and a nap but as I come back, Guess what? The receptionist was still not there. There were, Indeed, two girls at the computer, which I find out later that were volunteering there and I kindly ask them information to get to my room and rest. They tell me that my room is in another building they h…

I’d look somewhere else if you value a clean space + The staff is very friendly and it they do try to be inclusive and helpful. − The location is not necessarily far but neither close to the beach nor shopping centers. The room was okay but the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was extremely dirty and so was the kitchen. I will say i thought I was renting out the whole place for what I paid for. In the booking description it’s not stated that I would be sharing the apartment space. It says shared bathroom only. Just an FYI. I think the place is good for really young people who want to cohabitate and don’t have a problem with an unclean space. I wasn’t offered a shower towel either. Also on my last day the electricity went off in the apartment, I asked the receptionist if they could fix it and I was ignored. My friend next door paid a lot less and her place was so nice and clean. Overall it’s not my kinda place but I appreciate some of the staff members being kind.
