كانت مميزه جدا وهذه ليست اول مره هذه ثاني مره اقيم بنفس الفندق + الاستقبال كان جدا مميز وبالاخص الاستاذ رامي كان مجهز الغرفه وكل الامور كانت تمام وسهل علينا تسليم الغرف بسرعه الاجواء جدا جميله والاكل كان متنوع وبالاخص الاكل الهندي ومطعم الماكولات البحريه كل الموظفين كانو محترمين وضحكتن على وجهم شكرا الى ادارة الفندق − يجب ان توضع اضواء في العاب الاطفال في المساء

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour du début à la fin ! L’hôtel est vraiment très agréable et le personnel est accueill + Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié, c’est la qualité de l’établissement dans son ensemble. L’hôtel est très agréable, propre et bien entretenu. Les piscines et les espaces extérieurs sont vraiment magnifiques, avec de nombreuses activités pour toute la famille. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. Nous avons également apprécié la variété des repas et l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille et en gardons de très beaux souvenirs. − Pour les animations, j’aurais beaucoup apprécié qu’il y en ait également en français. Ma fille de 4 ans et demi aurait ainsi pu mieux comprendre et participer aux activités. Je trouve cela vraiment dommage, surtout qu’il y avait beaucoup de Français dans l’hôtel.

Adoramos 🙂 + Gostamos de tudo. Quarto grande e muito confortável. Deixaram uns miminhos o que fica sempre bem. Fomos recebidos de forma muito calorosa. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. A envolvência do hotel é muito bonita e tudo muito bem cuidado. Jardim bonitos, cuidados e limpos. As piscinas são ótimas, os meus filhos adoraram o aquapark. A comida é boa, bem confeccionada e com bastante variedade, não faltou nada. A pastelaria é uma mais valia, é um espaço bonito, cuidado e de qualidade. Recomendo muito este hotel para famílias com crianças. A praia é boa, o mar não é raso e dá para nadar, tem uma parte com pé para as crianças, depois afunda. Já a praia ao lado no Palace o mar é raso, não dá para nadar, só junto ao pontão. Como é um hotel grande é mais confuso, não é aquele hotel tranquilo, mas é muito bom. Gostamos muito e super recomendo. Só tivemos pena de não ter ficado mais noites. − Não foi não gostar mas um aspeto a melhorar...o chuveiro do nosso quarto ti…

+ Every thing about this hotel is fantastic, even before we arrived , a warm welcoming WhatsApp from Mr . Amr from reception gave us a warm and encouraging feeling that turned into satisfaction and enthusiasm when he greeted us there . The days just fly there where you enjoy every activity , pools , beach, food , drinks , even the room , the friendly helpful staff every where , such a lovely place . We will sure come back again and again

+ لا يوجد شي الغرف صغيرة لا تتسع لعائلة 4 أفراد لا يوجد دريسنج روم لتغيير الملابس مستلزمات دورة المياه قليلة لا يوجد ضيافة او عصائر داخل الغرفة مع انى قمت بالطلب كثيرا و تم تزويدى بعدد 2 تفاح احمر و 2 تفاح اخضر تم التاخير فى استلامى الوحدة و تم فصل الكهرباء فى يوم المغادرة تم تغيير الملايات الخاصة بالسرير مرة واحدة فقط طوال فترة الاقامة المناشف الخاصة بحمام السباحة غير نظيفة − المطاعم تحتاج الي تطوير من تنوع الاكل و تغييره و لا يوجد فعاليات ممتعه متكررة حمام السباحة الكبير يحتاج الي صيانة من الأرضية لا يوجد عروض ف حمامات السباحة كلها ع الشاطي الموظفين يحتاجو الي خبرة و تطوير و يوجد نقص ف مقدم المشروبات ع الشاطي و حمامات السباحة الأكوابارك سيئة للغاية تحتاج الي تغيير وليس صيانة
