Strongly recommended for families. + The food was excellent. Many varieties and well-cooked. The aqua park is very nice for the kids. We loved the pools which have many depths from 70 cm to 150 cm. Animation/entertainment varieties every night. The weather is very nice in the evening and one can enjoy Zaafrana winds! Mr. Tarek was super helpful and resolved all our initial check-in problems. Thank you! − The beach is rocky. You have to have sea shoes and the kids may not like it.

+ The pools available were nice. The aqua park was ok. The restaurant was really good and there were lots of variety for both breakfast and dinner and the timings of the pool was good as well. − I didn't like the dancer show at all. It is a family hotel and having somthing like this is totally inappropriate

+ ال staff كانوا بشوشين ال check in كان سريع بمجرد وصولنا الساعة 12 ونصف الأكل كان حلو وبالاخص المشويات وكان كل يوم اصناف مختلفة الكافتريا كان حاجاتها حلوة وباسعار كويسة كل يوم مساء في فقرة كارتون للاطفال وديسكو للاطفال ثم فقرة غناء يوجد اهتمام بالانشطة فيوجد kids club بس مفهوش انشطة كتير و kids area فيها زوحليقة واحدة ومروجيحة و games area فيها بلياردو وبينج والعاب اخري يوجد بلاي ستيشن بتكلفة اضافية باسعار مقبولة يوجد 3 حمامات سباحة واحد للاطفال 60 سم وواحد رئيسي 150 سم وواحد مغطي ويخصص به ساعتين للنساء فقط 140 سم الانترنت كان كويس التلفزيون كان به قنوات كتيرة والعديد من قنوات الاطفال وكانت جودة الصورة كويسة وده مشوفتوش في فنادق كتير طلبت baby cot ووفره علي طول − الpool الرئيسي 150 سم فقط ولا يوجد تدرجات او اعماق مختلفة المطعم كان ىافض في الاول اني اخذ اكل لابني الغرفة عشان معرفش يتغدي في المطعم والمطعم مش بيقدم الاكل المعتاد للاطفال بطاطس محمرة وستربس

VERY POOR VALUE FOR MONEY + Restaurant manager and bar guys were super friendly − Insanely over-priced for what it offers, deceiving and lying saying that they have sea view and side-sea view while the whole hotel is side sea view, very very poor guest relations and customer service … no ice at the beach, very horrible beach … very boring activities and show for kids … one way or another, you have to get injured at the aqua pool … I really regret choosing this hotel for our summer vacation

+ I liked & appreciated the hospitality − I had to cancel one night of my stay due to my children being unwell. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive a refund for the cancelled night. I also tried several times to reach out through Booking.com regarding this matter, but I did not receive any response. I am disappointed with how this situation was handled, particularly given the circumstances. I would have expected better communication and a more professional approach from your side. I would appreciate it if you could review the matter again and advise whether a refund for the unused night can be arranged.

Great family stay, a few hours from Cairo. + Great family facilities. There were multiple pools which made it nice and not busy during peak hours. The food was excellent, some of the best all inclusive food I've had and I've travelled a fair bit. The staff were very friendly, Khaled in reception was my first point of contact and he was very friendly, warm and professional. Ibrahim in animation was very friendly with my son and made us feel welcome. Mahmoud, evening restaurant manager was very kind and helpful and regularly assisted my elderly mother with food selection at dinner. The aqua park was very conveniently located and was enough for my 5 year old to enjoy. − The beach tides were low, unfortunately too shallow to use but I'm sure that isn't the case all year around.
