Excellent! + We spent seven days here with my family. The stay was fantastic. The location was okay. The hotel is large and offers a variety of attractions. There are plenty of pools and the beach is close by. The food was good and varied. Prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is great and very friendly for families with small children. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was spotlessly clean. We'd like to thank the Kadrem for his kindness and openness, the wonderfully maintained rooms, and the wonderful towel designs, which were different every day and delighted our 4-year-old daughter. :)

Staff is great and compensates the distance + Very enjoyable stay with plenty of food to choose from. We especially enjoyed the help from Karim who entertained us with creative towel sculptures and a very friendly lifeguard AbdAlRahman. The whole staff at the 24/7 restaurant were also great and friendly. It's very relaxing to spend the time between trips here, and we found that a a balance of about half the time spent in the hotel and half on excursions was just right. There is plenty to do with children here (animations, club, aquapark).
