Özellikle gün boyunca hem çocuklar hem de yetişkinler için düzenlenen aktiviteler çok daha iyi ve çeşitliydi. Çocuklarımız çok güzel vakit geçirdi, bu da bizim tatilimizi daha keyifli hale getirdi. Yemek çeşitliliği de her gün oldukça iyiydi ve farklı seçenekler sunuluyordu. Ancak otelin en güzel taraflarından biri kesinlikle çalışanları. Tüm ekip son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Başta Sayın Wael olmak üzere, restoran ekibine ilgileri ve güzel hizmetleri için özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz. Excellent staff 👏 + رفيو عن أوتيل Sunrise Alma Bay دي تاني سنه انزل في الاوتيل ونادر جدا اني اروح مكان مرتين ولكن الاوتيل من كتر ما الناس فية كويسين وبشوشين وفعلا مبيتاخروش على حد دة اللي خلاني انزل فية للمرة التانية الدخول يوم الخميس 28 أغسطس ل 01 سبتمبر الغرفة رقم 2018 مبدأيا كدة لقيت التليفون بيرن كالعادة زي السنه اللي فاتت من استاذ وائل احمد مدير الإستقبال في الفندق بتأكد الحجز والحضور بالرغم اني حاجز من بوكينج ودافع المبلغ كامل الراجل بكل ادب واحترم وذوق سألني احب الغرفة دور ارضي او دور اول وسرير كبير ولا سريرين انا قولتلة بالنص شوف اللي انت عايزة من كتر الثقة اني متأكد اني هاوصل هلاقي احسن من اللي انا عايزة وصلت الساعة 11 ونص استقبلني استاذ وائل والتيم بتاعة بكل ذوق وترحاب فعلا ناس بشوشة تحس انهم موجودين علشانك انت بالرغم من اشغال الفندق العالي الغرفة تحفة ومساحتها كويسة جدا كالعادة نيجي بقى للبحر وي حاجة مهمة بالنسبالي شخصيا لان البحر الأحمر صعب شوية الشاطى رملي تحفة البحر جميل جدا امان للأطفال فعلا الجزء الخاص بالفندق مختلف ال pool مساحته كويسة جدا في كذا مستوى اكوا حلوة جد…

A Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service! + The resort has a fantastic atmosphere, and you can feel the positive energy the moment you step into the reception- especially when greeted by Mr. Wael and Ms. Ashrakat. Their welcoming smiles truly set the perfect mood for the vacation. The hotel is outstanding in terms of the accommodation, the aqua park, and the excellent services provided at the beach and the pools. The restaurant is exceptional, offering a delicious and wide variety of food. Furthermore, their animation team is beyond wonderful, delivering a different, fun, and entertaining show every single night. Truly, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in recent years, and it will definitely be my top choice whenever I plan another trip to this area. − Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect.

it was OK comparing to price. + Helpful staff. Cozy,beach and pool are near accomodation place − AC for room broke down twice, although maintainance team had a swift act for recovering the situation.

+ The Location is amazing. Its architecture is cozy yet spacious and close to the beach. But the best thing of all is the customer service! Everyone is cheerful and helpful. Mr. Wael, the reception manager was extremely supportive and accommodating from the start till the last minute.
