Night Manager bad Manners are not acceptable + Nothing this time − I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated by the night manager during our stay last night. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced this problem with the same person. We already complained about his behaviour last year, but apparently nothing has changed. We were travelling as a group of seven families, and several of us were shocked by the way he spoke to us. His attitude was rude, disrespectful and completely inappropriate for someone working in hospitality. One example was when we entered the hotel late at night through a door that was open. Instead of simply dealing with the situation professionally, he repeatedly questioned us: “How did you get in? How did you get in?” and then proceeded to lecture us. If a hotel entrance that should be locked is left open, that is a matter for the hotel to investigate internally. Guests should not be spoken to as though they have done …
