We keren zeker niet meer terug! + Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en vers. − De bedden waren VER-SCHRI-KE-LIJK!!!!! We reisden met 7 personen (3 koppels waarvan 1 koppel een kleutertje mee had). In de drie kamers waren alle matrassen doorgezakt. Iedereen sliep in een PUT. We reserveerden een babybedje tegen een meerprijs van 7,5 EUR per nacht maar éénmaal ter plekke bleek het onmogelijk om lakentjes en een dekentje te krijgen voor ons zoontje. Er waren voor hem ook geen handdoeken voorzien. Na een opmerking hierover kregen we een KUSSENSLOOP om hem toe te dekken!!! Na de eerste overnachting was onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en hadden we tevens geen verse handdoeken. Op één van de nachtkastjes bevond zich bovendien een kleverige substantie, we hebben geprobeerd er niet te veel over na te denken... De kamer was tenslotte ook erg donker. De buitenkant van het hotel, zicht van op het terras, had veel weg van een kraakpand...

Goed voor 1 nacht te slapen. + De bedden waren heerlijk zacht. Het restaurant zag er goed uit. − Gezien de prijs had er een ontbijt bij gemogen. Terras is niet uitnodigend, kussens passen niet op banken. Grauw en zwart. Buitenkant gebouw is in renovatie. In de gangen zijn ze ook bezig met renovatie oid. Overal hangen snoeren en zijn er geen plafondplaten.

Redelijk verblijf + De ligging − Bijna alleen maar engels sprekend personeel, toen we ‘s nachts aankwamen en de lift wilden nemen lag er een grote hoop ontlasting in de lift.

Spotless, Relaxed, Great Staff + Spotlessly clean, very helpful, friendly staff. Ample parking (free for guests) is available. The room was very big and comfortable, especially at the price. It's a little out of Dordrecht itself (not realtor ealing distance unless you love a long walk), but there seemed to be plenty public transport options nearby for anyone without a car. I'll definitely be going back next time I'm in this part of Netherlands. − Very little to dislike. I do like a sauna / steam room to relax at the end of the day, and they don't have those... but at the price, I wouldn't expect one, so it's not really a negative.

Very nice hotel, although not in an interesting area + This was a very nice hotel. The only downside to this hotel is the distance from the historic center. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Hotel and bar staff were very accommodating. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, I would be happy to return.

Bon hotel però un pèl apartat si es vol fer turisme per Dortdrecht + L'hotel està molt bé, en general. L'habitació era gran, i la dutxa fantàstica. No se sentien sorolls i el llit era còmode. El personal, molt atent. La relació qualitat-preu era bona. − La distància del centre és un inconvenient, però com que nosaltres només hi havíem de passar una nit, això no va ser un problema gran. Hi havia transport públic. Si ens hi haguessim quedat més dies, hauria triat un hotel més cèntric.

+ Ik vond het eten in het restaurant echt heerlijk, ze hebben een hele goede chef-kok. Mijn complimenten! − Het verblijf was over het algemeen oké, maar er waren twee duidelijke minpunten. Ten eerste was de vloer niet echt schoon – toen ik op mijn witte sokken rondliep, werden ze meteen vies. Ten tweede schuiven de twee losse eenpersoonsbedden heel gemakkelijk uit elkaar. Als je als koppel samen wilt slapen, is dat erg oncomfortabel omdat er steeds een gat tussen de bedden ontstaat.

+ De vriendelijkheid aan het onthaal. − Was teleurgesteld over het ontbijt. Was wat verwarrend , niks stond aangeduid vb confituur kon ik niet vinden. Aan de koffie stonden geen tassen, de fruitsalade was zo goed als leeg ,lagen nog 2 druiven in en het was nog maar 10u20 terwijl het ontbijt tot 11u was. Ook weinig keuzes . De deur van de badkamer in de slaapkamer kraakte , tv ging op een rare plaats, naast het bed.

Très bon séjour près de Dordrecht avec un environnement très agréable et calme malgré l'autoroute. + Hôtel très luxueux, offrant de grands espaces élégants et confortables à disposition des clients. Un local à vélos sécurisé est prévu pour ceux qui voyagent à vélo, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le personnel est agréable, souriant et attentif. Chambre spacieuse, propre et très agréable : un séjour vraiment appréciable. − L'éloignement du centre ville de Dordrecht (endroit très calme malgré l'autoroute à proximité)

+ In unsrem Zimmer war der TV defekt. Auf Anfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Dieses war zwar deutlich kleiner als das erste aber mit funktionierendem TV. − Die Flure sind relativ düster und es riecht nicht sehr angenehm. In den Fluren waren zudem Umbauarbeiten im Gange, weshalb die Decken teilweise offen waren. Das wirkte nicht sehr einladend. Aufzug wirkt wenig vertrauenerweckend.

+ Die Hotel Lobby war sehr ansprechend und auch toll eingerichtet. Das hat uns gefallen. − Uns hat überhaupt nicht gefallen, dass in dem Hotel Flüchtlinge beherbergt wurden. Die Zimmer haben uns auch nicht sonderlich gefallen. Wir waren sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Sie sahen keinesfalls gemütlich aus. Das Frühstück war auch nicht akzeptabel. Für 21 € pro Person war das Frühstück mehr als dürftig und auch nicht appetitlich angerichtet.
