The staff need more training. + 1. I like the mountains view is the best but its nature created not from the resort. 2. I love people in the village around there they so kind, simple and couture. − 1. Not clean enough. 2. smell in the property is not good. 3. uncomfortable because no television but understandable cause too far from social life but no telephone to call to staff when we need something is unacceptable because when it’s rain we still need to walk out and get staff when we need to order food, need tissue, need to folks and plate etc. 4. Not much things to do in there except enjoy the view. 5. Staff no acknowledge about hospitality and service, they have no idea how service clients and so chilled.

Perfect + This resort is really nice, room was great the bed is very comfortable and clean, breakfast is simple but good, the view from my room is close to the mountain which is perfect, even though abit far off from the town but it's near to the blue lagoon 3. The place is quiet so you can have a really good sleep at night.

Perfect + We stayed in the resort for a night but we got a free room upgrade which is great, room is spacious and comfy the view is the best, looking out to the mountain and the field, breakfast is good but could be better but we don't mind that, bicycle also free to use, location is close to the lagoon. At night the place is quiet we had a great night sleep.

Terrorifico + Las vistas desde la habitación y el entorno es increíble como sacado de una película. Me pegue un baño en la bañera mirando las montañas con los arrozales al lado que fue increíble. − La pena es que tiene varias cosas malas 1- muy alejado del centro ( 30 minutos en moto) y con suerte no te lleva para alante un búfalo 2- las instalaciones están muy mal cuidadas 3- la puerta no cerraba, con lo cual nuestras cosas estaban abandonadas a la suerte 4- el wifi no llega a la habitación 5- las puertas de cristal de la habitación no cerraban bien y entraban bichos por los lados 6- daba asco comer en el restaurante y olía mal y las cartas del menú estaban grasientas, todo estaba lleno de polvo y de telarañas 7-se equivocaron con el desayuno En resumen, el lugar es muy bonito pero lo tienen descuidado y medio sbandonado.
