Wouldn't Stay Again + The room was spacious and clean − From the start the wifi was down at reception and my card could not be charged until later that night. This was probably one of the worst stays i've had. WIFI didn't work TV didn't work shower and basin tap was wobbly. There were no windows in the room to which i wasn't told it was in the fine print. The breakfast is literally non existent i came down to boiled eggs and packets of noodles and some soggy fried things that were almost dripping in oil. You cant call this breakfast i had to go eat elsewhere. The staff literally have no idea about smiling or how to say hello. They looked at me most times with a blank look. some friendliness would go a long way. I was supposed to stay two nights but decided on only one because of the lack of friendliness and just as well. I was also woken up to some small banging noise by my door. Its such a shame because its quite a nice laid out hotel. They need to fix the WIFI and the TVs

+ L'hôtel est très bien situé, en face de talatsao, des grands centres commerciaux, très bien pour faire du shopping et se restaurer, à quelques rues de la gare routier et pas loin de Patuxai.

Comfortable, central location, A/C, helpful staff + Very satisfied with my 3 night stay here. Central location, close enough to walk to the heart of Vientiane. Free street parking. It appears to be 24 hour reception, A/C, simple breakfast provided. It's across the street from a mall if you need to pick up random stuff. Great value. They provided laundry service, I forgot the price but reasonable enough. Provided free bottled water. I'd stay here again. − Nothing I can think of.

Good value for money + Staff is super nice and helpful with a complementary small breakfast although not included . Room is not the best but got a deal for a very good price . Value for money spent. − Nothing big but need some upgrades , but in fairnesses some renovation was being done during my stay .
