Séjour très agréable + Très bel hôtel, chambre confortable et joliment décorée. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Edimbourg. Très proche de la gare, de la vielle ville et du palais de Holyroodhouse.

Wir quartieren uns definitiv beim nächsten Mal wieder dort ein👍 + Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Nähe zu Bahnhof, Air Link Bus und div. Sehenswürdigkeiten (Calton Hill, Royal Mile usw) ist perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber fein mit tollem Badezimmer, gemütliches Bett. Frühstück sehr gut, es muss niemand hungrig das Hotel verlassen. − Nichts negatives

I would probably stay there again but it’s a bit expensive. + The location was quiet and convenient to Waverly Station— about a 10-minute walk up a moderate hill. The quiet aspect was especially nice during the Fringe festival. It was a 25-30 minute walk to the Edinburgh Castle, about 20 minutes to the Scottish National Gallery. − The beds were quite firm and the pillows way too plump for my taste.

Very comfortable stay + Location, a large comfortable bed and a nice shower. − Access to our room was a bit difficult with getting our luggage around a spiral staircase.

Buena ubicación. + La ubicación sin duda, al lado de Calton Hill y el personal muy amable. − Demasiado caro para las instalaciones y solo ir a dormir, es un edificio muy antiguo con distintos niveles para llegar a las habitaciones, el ascensor no siempre llega al nivel de tu habitación y para moverte con varias maletas es incómodo. He de decir, que la señora de recepción nos ayudó a llevarlas el día que llegamos, fue muy amable. El colchón cómodo, las almohadas demasiado duras.

+ Everything as described, beautiful room, everything very clean. Plus the location − Breakfast was very basic. Even if you pay extra for dishes like eggs Benedict you can find at almost every brunch place in town better food in same or less money

We enjoyed the convenience of the hotel’s location and the room was clean and a good value. + The location was excellent, short walks from the top sightseeing venues and train station. Although it was close to the action, our room was dead quiet at night. The breakfast was good and at a reasonable price. The staff was very nice and helpful. − The room was very small and we kept getting in each other’s way, but we managed.
