Hard beds alot of road noise + Rooms are a good size − Beds are AWFUL really hard and uncomfortable and pillows and duvet are feather so really bad for allergies

Not great + Being a black family staying there , just made the experience unpleasant with people looking at us as thought we did not have the means to stay in such place , it made us feel very uncomfortable − The customer service at the reception and how client just made us feel uncomfortable

Hotel good, restaurant terrible. + Breakfast was, in my experience, what I expected for such a hotel, for breakfast Beefy’s was a pleasant venue. The bathroom was particularly good, excellent shower and toiletries. − Not sure whether it’s in Hilton’s remit to do anything about it but dinner in Beefy’s was overpriced and the service was terrible. Paying £180 for a hotel room and then being asked to stump up £5 per night to park, really?

+ Great shower nice and hot and strong. Water did not run onto the bathroom floor. − There was no access to fresh air as the windows were sealed . Could not clear the steam on the mirrors.

Overall, we really like this hotel, and have stayed here before - just a few things were a little disappointing this tim + The rooms are comfortable, we especially like the deluxe rooms with a balcony overlooking the cricket pitch. The breakfast buffet is excellent. − Some maintenance issues with the room (empty conditioner in the bathroom, mirror light didn’t work, tears in the net curtain) and some of the main meal portions at dinner in Beefy’s were a little small for the cost.
