Bella esperienza, da ripetere-- + Nel complesso giudico la struttura positivamente, il personale è sempre molto disponibile e gentile, molto attenti alla pulizia l'unico aspetto "discutibile" la moquette in camera... − Nulla in particolare, ho già descritto sopra l'unica cosa che modificherei in camera, eliminerei la moquette dal pavimento.

Decent value/money. + Location was good, hotel facilities decent for the money. Beds ok, good shower. − The hotel is not very accessible, there are several steps to reach room. Rooms were narrow, black out curtains not fully covering the light.

Buena localización, problemas de coordinación en las incidencias que tuvimos. + La ubicación en la ciudad de Westminster es perfecta para recorrer Londres, está próximo a la estación Victoria. − Nos dieron unas habitaciones que no se correspondían con lo contratado. La habitación individual no tenía ni 9m cuadrados. La habitación doble era una individual reconvertida. No teníamos espacio en el armario, carecía de caja fuerte y el aseo estaba ocupado por una gran bañera,sin espacio casi para moverte. Conseguimos cambiar de habitación con un sobrecargo al precio contratado.

− В день заезда по требованию отеля банк списал с моего счета сумму за все время проживания в отеле ( 1 700 долларов) и плюс банк по требованию отеля заморозил такую же сумму (1 700 долларов) на моем счету. Я рассчитывала на сумму, которую заморозили, отдохнуть в Лондоне. В итоге из-за отеля я осталась без денег в чужой стране. Деньги разблокировали только через 5 дней. Мой отпуск был испорчен.

Descanso y tranquilidad en este alojamiento de Londres + El desayuno fabuloso. El personal, especialmente en el restaurante del desayuno, muy amable, atento y discreto. La cama muy cómoda − Todo estuvo estupendo.

Quiet, green, close to transport and helpful staff especially with safe storage of luggage + Location = good, quiet and we had a super twin room with balcony overlooking the green square. COmfortable beds − Very small bathroom... if you had an overweight + person they would get stuck.
