I found the experience satisfactory in general + Generally, the whole experience was good and acceptable. Iwill definitely recommend tomy friends and colleagues − They never cleaned the sink for coffee cups, plates etc. ????? O the third night of the stay, the air-conditioning was inoperative but the hotel elected to refund the uncomfortable night

Good and convenient + Very well placed to reach South Ken, Richmond and Kew. Easy walk from tube and near shops and restaurants. − Our room looked out onto a basement wall. Shower wasn't terribly powerful. For a room with kitchen etc felt it lacked an easy chair. Beside tables have rounded edges and are metal so not quiet to use during night and things fall off easily.
