Not the best of stays + It was all just ok nothing special − there was some confusion as to whether through a third party we had booked breakfast. As we were with over 10 others as part of a wedding party we thought given how much we had paid compared to others that we should have breakfast included. Given the size of the wedding party and that I was paying for two other rooms breakfast was finally provided as part of the package but this was not clear until the actual morning of the breakfast. Considering the amount that we had spent in the bar and on the accommodation - this was the night before my son's wedding- this was not good or efficient service. To add insult to injury despite providing our car registration and two other registrations when booking in 3 rooms I was not happy that I received a penalty charge notice through a third party a few days after the stay and this was very stressful to sort out.

Won’t stay again + Friendly staff − It’s a bit if a dump - and has no curb appeal even the car park warns it’s unsafe ! Next to a lorry park off the m25!

+ It was lovely, clean, and well-priced, and breakfast was superb with fresh omelettes on request and perfectly cooked food. − Their system doesn’t synchronise properly with Booking.com, which meant that our Genius breakfast wasn’t showing, so every time we went for breakfast, there was an issue, which I would have appreciated if they had noted our room number for the subsequent days.

Now just a place to stay with no facilities apart from a gym + We always stay at the Marriott it is a relaxing hotel where you can just relax and chill, but not having stayed here n the last 3 years, was disappointed when told pool, sauna and steam room was shut down permanently − Noise from the air con fan unit all through the night, but having going to back to the room at 11pm, we wasn’t going to be changing rooms that late at night.
