+ Extrem freundliches Personal, sowohl beim Check-In, als auch im Housekeeping und beim Frühstück! Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Städtetag. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Leicester Square und Covent Garden sowie Soho und Chinatown mit vielen schönen Lokalen sowie viele Musical-Theater befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. − Aktuell Arbeiten an der Fassade, wodurch der Eingang etwas unter dem Gerüst versteckt ist. Die Arbeiten haben aber nicht gestört.

Con respecto al hotel los empleados son muy amables sobre todo en el desayunador, Medina y Uda muy atentas + La ubicación − Los muebles están descuidados

Good stay except the smell was bad + Lovely breakfast − My room smell was not pleasant had to go to reception as the smell was bad.

מלון עם מיקום הכי מרכזי שאפשר. + המיקום!!! הגענו ברגל לכל מקום! הארוחת בוקר הייתה מצוינת, בעיקר השרות של מדינה. גם הצוות בקבלה היה נעים ויעיל, אני מדגישה את ההמלצות והעזרה של קלאודיה. − תחזוקת המלון ניראת מתאימה יותר למלון 3 כוכבים מאשר ל-4. המזרון לא היה מעולה. לא נעים שאי אפשר לפתוח חלונות.

+ Staff, bathroom facilities, location − Expensive for general feel, probably as booked last minute? Literally the windows were sealed shut, just fan / aircon. We like the windows open, other people may be happy with that fair enough.

Extended our stay due to it being a good location for taxis, trains etc. + The location was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.
