Chinches en la habitación + Ubicación − La habitación, le faltaba mucha higiene, cabellos en los azulejos de la regadera, porta jabón con marcas del jabón del huesped anterior. Cobija oliendo a sucio y lo más delicado CHINCHES habitación 1006

Awful and did not give me any value for money. + The proximity to the beach. − There were too many rules which people were not following however no one from the staff mentioned anything to people, the rooms were Ok. But there was some bed bugs as I have been bitten in multiple places. The staff was only paying attention to some guests, however to myself and my friend no one even asked even while we were at the restaurant. The Italian restaurant was very difficult to get reservation at and even when they had seats available they didn’t allow people to go be seated even when the main restaurant was full. The food was not good and did not have a lot of variety. Even the chilaquiles for breakfast were poorly prepared.

Pesima + El personal y meseros fueron amables! − Hay cocodrilos cerca del hotel. La comida estaba horrible, fue la misma comida todos los días, no tienen variedad. Las bebidas no estaban buenas, usan mucho sabor artificial. Las albercas estaban sucias.

Muy buen hotel ! Lo recomiendo + Me gustó las albercas, la comida, el show nocturno es genial la persona que dirige el show super, la limpieza, la jardineras bien cuidados de verdad me encanto el hotel, espero regresar algun día − Que no había Internet en el cuarto no pude ver la tele en la noche y nunca agarro el WiFi en la habitación, y nuestra cerradura fallo no abría la puerta cuando llegamos de cenar tubo q ir el técnico. Debería haber más variedad de comida
