Foarte bun. + Locație bună cu parcare aferentă, cartier nou cu blocuri de 4 etaje, liniștit, cu un magazin Lidl în apropiere. Apartament luminos și călduros., presiune bună la duș. − 2 recomandări minore: veioze pentru iluminatul din dormitor și un mic suport de vase în bucătărie.

+ Zonă liniștită, parcare privată, relativ aproape de centrul orașului, aprox jumătate de oră de mers pe jos într-o plimbare. Apartamentul este modern mobilat. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost foarte ușoară și plăcută.
