Das Hotel ist riesig und das Personal ist freundlich, nur ich hätte mir da etwas mehr gehofft.Es war nicht immer sehr sa + Sie war schön und ausreichend − Ist schon sehr teuer, dafür das es ganz okay ist. Nicht sehr sauber für ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

Large swimming pool area + There are two swimming pools, one of which is for adults only. The room is spacious, and the lobby is modern and cozy. The welcome gifts in the room were a nice gesture. I think all rooms have a sea view. The food in the restaurant by the swimming pool area is really good. The hotel is right in front of the bus station for buses to Palma, which was very convenient. − The hotel was fully booked, so unfortunately I got an older room than the one I had booked and expected. The music in the swimming pool area was too loud. There is no sandy beach, but you have direct access to the sea.

Everything you order you need to pay before they bring. Water or anything. Like people will run and not pay. Not a 5* ho + View and Location, Sea access − The staff was rude, food was edible, room was not clean and every day cleaning was awful, they leave dirty towels. Every question for Reception was like fighting with no reason. For sure we will not come again. Loud. And also hotel is old and this is not problem but for me with astma was problem to breathe in room full of mold.
