INFESTAZIONE DI BLATTE IN OGNI STANZA - SCONSIGLIATO! + Schifo − Personale scortese e anche il titolare. Dopo aver trovato blatte/scarafaggi in camera siamo scesi e ci hanno proposto altre 5 camere tutte con blatte o in bagno o sotto il letto. In una addirittura nel bagno c’erano escrementi di qualche animale Un evidente problema di infestazione. Una vergogna. Abbiamo chiesto all albergo, di fronte all’evidenza, di farci avere un rimborso ma ce lo hanno negato. Siamo rimasti delusi anche da Booking, che l’unica cosa che è stata in grado di fare è stata darci un rimborso di 10 € sui 75€ spesi per l struttura che abbiamo ovviamente lasciato, per poi spendere altri 260€ nel primo albergo trovato libero alle 22:00.
