ACCOMMODATING STAFF + The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Asked to change rooms even after using the previous one and they were so considerate. Also asked for other favors and they were so responsive. Overall a pleasant stay :) Will definitely come back.

The Best Hotel in the place + Yes, when I typed in, the pillows are fluffiest. Very nice room, very comfortable and clean, and wow hot shower the best. Oceanview the best. I really love to be back again and stay in their hotel. How I wish I could in that place. Thank you for accommodating us!

Fun, fabulous and a must return to! + Had a great time at Santiago Bay Garden and Resort. Loved how they have updated the rooms and new bathrooms…they are looking new and contemporary and made our stay so much better. The restaurant continues to serve yummy food and treats. All of the staff have been so nice and friendly and accommodating. Amazing overall. Room fees are very affordable and seniors get a discount too…THANKS to all Santiago people who helped to make our stay so memorable!!

Had a pleasant stay as a base to explore the island; place has potentials + Place is right on the Santiago Bay. Our room (Ocean View) was clean; bed was comfortable enough; AC was working; TV was working (but didn't have time to watch); wifi was working in our room; staff were friendly and responsive, in-house restaurant served decent meals, had a great view of the bay and accepts credit card payment --- I wish they had more menu selection for light snacks cuz' sometimes I just want to have coffee and some pastries and enjoy the view of the bay; pool was clean and water was warm. The resort ask for 50% payment upfront to get reservation --- and they don't accept credit card for that. They only take credit card payment for the balance once you arrived. The place is a bit far from Consuelo port. No shuttle from the port; we hired a tricycle to take us there. No bell service or luggage carts when you arrive -- so travel light, you may have to climb some stairs. You communicate with the…

+ The hotel complex is built on a slope, offering a beautiful view of the bay of Santiago. Unfortunately, the complex itself is quite old and somewhat dilapidated, with parts of the garden being closed off. The restaurant offers very good food at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the beach is overcrowded with plastic and trash.

Relaxing Stay at Santiago Bay Garden & Resort + We enjoyed our stay at Santiago Bay Garden & Resort! The atmosphere was relaxing, and the views of the ocean were absolutely beautiful. The pool area and gardens were well-maintained, making it a great spot to unwind. The rooms were decent. I'd rate them around 3.8/5 but everything else about the resort made up for it. The staff was friendly, the location was perfect, and the overall experience was enjoyable. Definitely a good place to stay when visiting Camotes Island!

+ Probably the best place to stay on the island. Very affordable, with a great Santiago Bay view. We stayed 5 days and would definitely go back. Even at low tide the beach is awesome. Nice morning walks on the sand, and great afternoon swims when the tide comes in. Great restaurants near the hotel, plus the hotel serves great food. Staff is the best.
