Great facilities but room for improvement + Great sized rooms for families − Lots of mould on windows, window latch in 1 room was broken so window didn't seal properly letting in a lot of noise from queen street at all hours of the morning which lead to minimal sleep. Feels like you can't open the curtains with other apartments looking in

Comfortable stay with great amenities, though weekend noise was an issue. + The room was clean and tidy, and having the kitchenette was great. The bathroom was a good size, and having an in-room washing machine and dryer was a huge plus. Close to town. − The kitchen wasn't fully equipped, with only one fork and one side plate available. Additionally, the windows are not double glazed, so it was quite noisy on Saturday night due to traffic and the nightclub opposite the property.

Great place to stay in the centre of town. + Friendly and helpful staff, with good recommendations for food. − The room aircon had been set to 29 degrees so on arrival it was very hot. Easily rectified.

Empfehlenswert für einen Aufenthalt im Auckland CBD! + Gute Innenstadtlage, dank Zimmer zur Parkseite auch leise! Nettes zuvorkommendes Personal, das immer hilfsbereit war. Gute Zimmerausstattung mit Pantryküche, Waschmaschine und Trockner! Attraktionen wie der Skytower oder auch der Hafen sind fußläufig gut erreichbar! − Das Housekeeping könnte optimiert werden. Mal blieben schmutzige Handtücher liegen (es waren aber immer auch frische Handtücher da), mal gab es kein Duschgel und mal war das Bett nur sehr halbherzig gemacht.

Excellent service and location. + Picked this place due to parking and short distance to the University. Was very impressed by presentation of the room and helpfulness of the staff. Comfy beds & plunger coffee rather than just instant were pluses too. Would also recommend the French restaurant just over the road. − Car park would be a tight fit for a ute or larger SUV.
