Comfortable accommodation and friendly hosts. Will definitely stay again. + Dave and Shami were friendly and engaging, and a delight to chat with over breakfast. The property is located in a quiet residential area in an elevated position with nice views. The room was clean, warm and comfortable.

Lovely views and excellent breakfast + Great room and excellent breakfast with homemade breads. Nicely appointed room comfortable for two people with a nice selection of tea and coffee provided, as well as a kettle, microwave and fridge. Enjoyed the hot tub in the garden with the nice view down to Rotorua. Owners very friendly and helpful. − Was fine for us as we had a hire car but bear in mind this bnb is quite a ways out of the actual town (1hr walk downhill).

Ausblick auf Rotorua + Sehr gut gelegenes und sauberes Appartement mit Mikrowelle, Toaster und Heitwasserkocher. Sehr ruhige Lage und schöner Ausblick auf den See. Super leckeres Frühstück. Möglich mit anderen Gästen zu frühstücken und auch Wohnzimmer zu nutzen.

Jederzeit wieder! + Das beste Frühstück auf unserer Neuseelandreise: frischer Obstsalat, selbstgebackene Kuchen und Focaccia.. alles was das Herz begehrt 😋 Jacuzzi unter dem Sternenhimmel konnte frei genutzt werden, Bademäntel waren im Zimmer bereit: wir haben es sehr genossen! Die Gastgeber waren äusserst nett! Auch die Gespräche mit anderen Gästen am gemeinsamen Frühstückstisch fanden wir super 🤩

Very comfortable B&B with a fantastic breakfast spread + This B&B exceeded our expectations for a one-night stay in Rotorua. The room was huge, thoroughly clean and fresh, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the outdoor spa pool even in the misty rain! Free, on-site parking was very convenient. The location was quiet, and the morning view over Rotorua was lovely. The Mediterranean-inspired breakfast spread was phenomenal and set us up for an excellent day of sightseeing! − Nothing
